Some sites require a minimum post count to be able to post in their buying and selling section. I don't know if that would keep people like this out of here or just cause a bunch of meaningless posts as newbies try to boost their total count so that they can schlep their crap in here.

I don't really see the problem here. I originally joined the forums in order to buy and sell items to expand my collection, so why are we giving this guy flak? The more stuff up for grabs, the better IMO.
