Just can't say enough about Juno First. Almost no amount of hyperbole would be excessive, at least until someone claims it can cure cancer, etc. It's one of those games that, if you saw it being played but you couldn't see the system, your jaw would hit the floor when they told you it was on the Atari 2600. It simply surpasses what one would think possible on the VCS. Graphics, game-play, features, awesome music, cool title screen, you name it. What, cd-w, you couldn't stuff music in during play? Lazy bugger! ;)

I've only played it on emulator so far, but it's surely going to be the first cart I buy when I can swing it. I'd like to have one of the first-release carts, because I actually like the stuck (but unstickable) title-screen "feature." But I'm sure everyone who has one of those is going to hold on to it now, so I'll settle for the revised version on-cart, and play the "flawed" version on Harmony.

Crap, now I have to squeeze a Harmony into my budget, too. Damn Atari addiction. Almost as expensive as a woman.

Thanks for the complements! There is actually a bit of speech during play if you have an AtariVox. You should also add one of those to your shopping list :)

Honestly, I haven't bought Crazy Balloon yet (shame on me), but I looooooooove it. Manuel did an incredible job with it and capturing the original game. I'd love to see him come back with a special edition with some new levels.

I'd highly recommend it to anyone.. fun and addictive. Has lots of levels.. some of them move, some of them contain a giant face that blows your balloon around.

Crazy Balloon
Now this bad boy does cause me to get a little heated, but only because it demands perfection. Again, simple to play, but difficult to master. A carefully crafted puzzle-action game that gets a lot of replay because you are always sure you can get to the next level.

Thanks for that Al.And apologies for not introducing myself first off. I've been reading this site for a long time and finally got about registering on it. And I'm fairly chuffed that my first post gets a response from President Albert! This may be printed off and hung in the Game Room methinks...

No need to apologize, I'm sure there are many lurkers. :)

If you want something to hang in your game room, I suggest one of these..
