GrizzLee
I recently came across a seller offering a vintage Atari Pong with a suitcase for. It appeared to be a hard shell case, like the A2600 and A5200 cases. Only this one had PONG embossed on it. Needless to say I bought it :-) I am waiting for it to arrive and will post pics as soon as I can. However, I can't find any info on this. Does anyone have one or know the what/when/why history of this? I have never heard of such an item. It looks liek it came from Atari back in the day. -Lee

I wonder if it fits the later Pro-Am/Ultra/"non-pedestal" models, too? Either way, that may at least provide a clue as to when it may have been made or released. Congratulations on an unusual score! The I purchased wasn't on ebay. Hmmm... now I will have to look there and see if it is the same thing. I will post pictures when I get it. It definitely intrigued me when I saw it. -Lee
