Rushing Beat / Rival Turf SNES prototype

I'm looking for a rare Rushing Beat (Super Famicom) prototype. This game is also known as Rival Turf for the SNES.

See a picture below (published in a Brazilian magazine in 1992):

Curiously, this proto looks better than the final version!
