All Games In One Cartridge PAL to NTSC

I am very new to the world of Atari 2600 Hacking and Mods, except playing the Atari 2600 way back when.

What i would like to find and know how to do is. Optain a Cartridge that has or can have all Atari games placed on it. NEW or OLD stock.

What currently available cartridge is available to place the BIN files found on this site to run on a Atari. I do have a Eprom Programmer.

Just bought a Sears H6er from the USA, so it will be NTSC is there a good FAQ on how to covert to PAL.

Your best bet is the Harmony cartridge, although it will not play ALL games (pretty close to it though ;) ).
