You control the actions of the Smurf who is off on a mission to save a Smurfette

from Gargamel.

Alright, i'll admit i like to play this game on skill 1, it's taking some time to get used to skill 3.

The timing of the jump is the most important element in this game - it is easy to learn. Try it out and have fun!

Sorry, but scores from skill 1 doesn't count this week...

I remember when Smurf Rescue came out and everyone in the gaming community went bonkers over it.
Still a fun game today.
These blue guys seem to still have a loyal following after all this time, especially among the Smurf Collectors who obssess over anything Smurf, kind of like the way a lot of us do with video games

Experiment with your Smurf and find out how to evade the bat, then you can play a lengthy and Smurfy game

Level 4 is a different story though!

OK - I suck at this game! Having your joystick - stick doesn't help much either! So I tried emulation and except for this one time score... I suck at this game! 25600

Extremely frustrating until you catch on. I can't imagine how young kids had the patience.

OK - i've played this game about 50-60 times more and NOWHERE near the 25600 I came up with before!!!!

I propose that we BAN 'kid' games from the high score club!!! (mainly because I'm terrible at the 'kid' games )

Just read Darthkur's earlier post - I agree... I'd have take the cart out of the Coleco and thrown it at my parents!!! Lucky for them I was 19+ at the time and bought my own games
