Hi everyone, I recently found the previous post about vectrex prototypes carts and wondered if anyone can help. about a year ago I purchased 2 black carts through ebay, 1 pole position and 1 polar rescue. the only thing to tell me the names of the games were the handwritten stickers on the front. after seeing the previous feed regarding prototypes i decided to open i up and look inside. the circuit boards are smaller than the normal and it looks like the chips have been soldered by hand, these chips too have the same handwritten stickers on with the same game name on them. the cases seem to be slightly more rounded than all my others. I dont want to peel the stickers of to see if there is anything written underneath but they certainly dont have sharp, or anything similar printed that I can see, although the boards are gce, the cases are MB as I live in the UK and this is where they were sourced. Is there any way I can validate them as prototypes? or can anyone shed any light at all on them?

SORRY! I have tried to upload some photos but it is just not happening, I can email them to anyone that might be able to help!

thanks

SD

To upload pictures, make sure they are JPG or PNG images and not too big in KB size.

Here are some pictures stevenagedave sent me. My first reaction was that they might be mask ROM production prototypes like these for the 2600. What do you Vectrex guys think?
