I don't know if anyone else noticed, but Assault Heroes is available, finally, on PSN. The second one is still missing, but we at least have the first. I purchased mine last night but because of Hustle Kings, I didn't have a chance to play it. Anyone else getting this? I love Robotronesq top down shooters.

Have it on 360. Noticed this morning that it finally came to the PS3. It's a fun game. Probably would be really fun in co-op.

I'd love to play this with co-op as I heard it's quite fun. Can you play with a random person, or is it only friends list restricted?

On the 360 you can do either a quick match or host a private match. Surely the PS3 version is the same. I noticed they have different publishers which I found interesting. The 360 one has the Sierra logo on it and the PS3 one is Konami.

Have the 360 version and indeed co-op is the way to go.
Me and Breakpack had a blast playing through Assault Heroes.
I like the first one much better than the second.

it's a good little game. it makes me really miss the days of vehicle shooters like jackal and iron tank.
