Can you add more ram? If it's older then that ram is getting to be really cheap. Do you know the specs? I have a bit extra, might be able to trade you some for something small.

Nathan

Thanks Nathan. PM sent...

For those of you using a Mac and want full screen, have you tried the "hold control while spinning the mouse wheel to zoom the screen" trick? There's an equivalent key combo too. And you can turn off the smoothing.

Yeah, I had been trying to do the Zoom in the Air app when I was told that you can't do that (well, you can, but it runs too slow). Someone mentioned the native Mac zoom, and it does work fine. Not totally ideal, but it certainly works. I didn't think of it since I rarely have a reason to use it.
Yeah, that's what I was referring to: the native Mac zoom. It's the poor man's way to do it but, like you said, it works. :D

Just got mine!! Sweet..

Was showing them off and my co-worker asked if I decided if I was going to open them... Told him I hadn't decided yet, and my boss was like "why would you not open them?" :-)

(I probably will. I don't generally collect anything that I don't use...)

Non-collectors will never understand a collector's mentality. Maybe that's a good thing. Look at all of the money they save.

My Taco Bell was sold-out of them. I got their last Asteroids and a Lunar Lander that I guess they found on the floor (beat up). I need the whole collection--mint! Lunar Lander is actually in my Top 10 games of all time. A virtually unknown game makes the Taco Bell cut??? Heaven.

Did I mention that I recently went to taco bell and asked the guy behind the counter if thye were still selling these atari discs for the pc and he just gave them to me. YEAH! NO JOKE!!! He just handed them to me and said here you go. I was with my friend Crazy Carl and he can vouch for the story, but I didnt even have to buy a meal or anything..I was like wow..Carl said they hook him up all the time...WTF? That never happens....?

We don't have a Taco Bell within 30 miles, so we were passing by one and stopped in. They said they only had 3 out of the 4, and wouldn't sell them to me without buying kids' meals. My wife tried to point out the poster stated with meal or sold separately, but that confused the employees too much. I went ahead and bought the 3 meals. At least the hard tacos weren't too bad ;)

I wish I could have gotten all of the games, but the next closest Taco Bell is 48 miles in another direction...

I got a set and installed them without problems on my iMac.

However, when I used BootCamp to boot into Vista Ultimate, the Centipede disc would not read. So I just rebooted into OSX and copied the Centipede AIR package to my HD so I could install it next time I boot into Vista.

Has anyone else had any problems similar to this?

I'm interested.
Especially because I'm in Canada and we don't have the promotion.

If anybody else have the other two titles please PM me.
Of course I'll pay for the shipping and the CD.

I have managed to get my paws on 7 more sets of these games for anyone who is interested and lives in an area where these are not available. I will ship internationally for our AA friends that live across the sea. PM me for details.

Deal over? I went to my local one to still try to complete the collection (need 2 Breakouts) and the poster was gone and the same lady didn't know what I was talking about (still). She asked some other employees and they were all out. Now it's some comic book kid toy. ...could be interesting.

Luckily I hate Breakout (I was never any good), so no big loss.

After getting Asteroids, Lunar and Centy, I still needed Breakout so I stopped in a Taco Bell a few weeks ago around 3am.
Drive thru: What can I get for you?
Do you the Atari CD game Breakout?
Ummm... wait, one second. ; we sure do!
ok, could I get that and a cinny twist!
Sure, pull around...

I pull up and she hands be the game and twist smiling.
(rumbling around for 2 bucks)
She was like, Oh, don't worry about it!
Really?
Yea, here you go! :)
I threw you for a loop on the Atari game huh?
Yea, you did! I wasn't expecting that, haha.
Haha, thanks! :D

That was pretty nice... free Atari game and Cinny Twists! :D FTW! ;)

It's on a per location basis. The promotions go until they run out of the actual items, then they move on to the next promotion.

I used to as well, got pretty good though with having to play it a lot during the dev process.

I also have one of each that I am trading or selling for, in my note in the Marketplace forum. :)
