Those are definitely not Atari 2600 carts--they appear to be Famicom carts.

yes indeed. actually clone famicom. i had many of them some years ago when i owned one of those cloned consoles.

i couldn't resist and sent him a mail saying i would pay 300$ for those rare atari games if he manages to test them and they're working well on his junior console

Someone just did something similar on Ebay recently. He had listed he was selling an Intellivision System with games but he was actually selling an Atari 2600 System with Intellivision games. Some people corrected him so he relisted it with the correct information.
