I think The Laird needs to hook up the AA community with a Lynx Prototype guide.
Generally speaking, a lot of the information is out there already, however not in an organized fashion.
I know there is a 'games that are being worked on guide'... but perhaps with a bit of organization a Lynx Proto guide could be a great section for AA. I nominate him to start things out as his guide over at JSII does have some great information in it. I do propose that perhaps it can be a community effort.

Perhaps a bit of a guidline can be in place... screenshots, stories and/or information to accomindate the screenshots, information, if a proto has been released, etc. I know a lot of people can help. I can to some extent, but after a different fiasco in another thread, I'd rather not be a front runner of this. I can post stuff for EotB and the different version of Super Asteroids. In fact I did a nice write up on that one already.

I think this would be beneficial, and The_Laird would be a great person for it! Anyone else agree?!

:)

I think this would be great if The_Laird is willing to do it.

This is a good idea, and I'd be willing to setup a "Lynx Prototypes" sub-forum where this information could be organized.

Sorry this just won't happen, at least not with me writing it. Apologies to the many good members here but the abuse from some others will prevent me from sharing this here. Its posted elsewhere on a public forum so can still be viewed by people if they wish.

Disregard... I don't want to get into it. I'm not going to bite the worm that is hiding the hook...
Again... sorry... but that's the way it is with me. Nothing wrong with a bit of debate. Doesn't mean I hate you. LOL

Hope you change your mind... if not, I'll post one later on when I get a bit of time for research

Hrms..The prototype guide that you wrote before, I went to the link in the other topic and the board wasn't public. They weren't accepting any new members, and you couldn't look at the post without being a member. Unless you are talking about one posted somewhere else ?

Have fun, the problems are mostly in the Jag forum just for a change.

Thatīs a good sign.
I asked to be banned there when it was turned into a private club, so Iīm happy Jay reconsidered.

The reason it went private was to overhaul the security, get rid of trolls and generally clean up. Everything has been resolved now, hence it going back to be public again. This was ALWAYS Jay's intention.

The guide is easy enough to find. My only beef is that you can't open up any of the attached pictures unless you're a member. Oh well, text is good.

Whatever his intentions were, they were irrational and contraproductive imo, and he did not bother to explain them either when I asked for my account to be deleted; I was banned within a few minutes with no further reply.

But it doesnīt matter now anyway, I have learned to know some fine people there and keep in touch. I just wanted to say it is a good thing itīs public again.

As for the topic here itself:
I would appreciate such a list in addition to the homebrews in development list.

And one of these days I will unearth where ever the heck my brother's old Jaguar went to, and get into its games again ;)

Hey John, get looking for that Jaguar, you'll have lots of fun with it.

I'm still saving my pennies for a Jag CD as when they pop up they tend to be expensive.

It was an interesting arrangement. He got the Jaguar base system and some games for Christmas one year, and I bought the CD-ROM drive later, so we could both share it. But aside from pack-in games, neither one of us really remembers what other games we had!
