Space Jockey PAL 32 in 1 wrong characters

I have noticed this issue a while ago, that sometimes when you switch on the Atari 2600 32 in 1 the Space Jockey has this weird behaviour... al the number are messed up as well as the ufos/lifes on the bottom... Does anybody have a clue what this means....

Yeah, I think it was Pangasinan that had a bugged Space Jockey before, Rom. I don't think his was on a 32 in 1 cart though. Similar problem with the reflection registers.
