Is there a solution or walkthrough available for 2010: The Text Adventure? I see someone on Youtube has posted a video of the ending, so someone has to have figured out how to beat it. I'm completely stumped by the game (not having the instructions doesn't help), but it's so odd that I feel compelled to beat it.

Thanks, but that's for the Graphic Action Game, not the Text Adventure. The Text Adventure was an ADAM exclusive.

I may have an old copy of a walkthrough (in paper form). Let me get back to you....

If the copy of the game is brand new, there's a save game there that takes you right to the ending (after you turn the engines on)

So I have some sheets with suggestions, room contents, and maps that I have located. I got them with a bunch of Adam stuff I bought a while ago. Would that be helpful? I can type them up. Probably take me a couple of days....

That's my video on Youtube. I used the saved game on the ddp to get to the ending. I've tried playing it and I can't get very far.

That would help. Don't go through too much trouble on my account though.

No trouble. It's something that should be online anyway -- for historical preservation. Maybe it will even motivate me to give the game a try too

That sounds great. I would use it. I've been wanting to get thru that game for quite a while.

Here you go. It's a nice day here so I sat on the porch and typed this up while the kids played outside. Let me know of any errors or omissions you find, and I'll incorporate them....

Tempest, are you able to upload that 2010 Manual pdf to the forum for others to get? or is it too large?

Sorry, I appear to have the same 2MB limit as you do.

How about throwing it up on Megaupload?

It's client based, but Pando.com seems to be taking off, and is quite easy to use!
Just tried it personally for the first time Sunday. Works a charm!
