Does it come with the outer box too or just the inside foam? None the less this is pretty cool.

Nope. Just the styro. I bet the box was around there somewhere though. I did look for it and ask about it but the vendors didn't know. I also bet there had to be some games there too as they had some mega drive games and PAL gameboy games all in this pile -- so all came from the same place I am guessing. Here is a photo of my entire haul today:
