Hi TI-friends,

I've updated my bank-switching tutorial and deref utility.

What's new in this version:

* It's no longer required to install a PERL interpreter for running the deref utility. It's now a windows executable file.
* Added alternative example for trampoline code (trampoline.a99)
* Adjusted tutorial to reflect the above
