First I will like to say that this section is a very good idea. Intellivision Fan doesn't have a place to chat. Yes, there is digital press (blocked here at work) and maybe the intellivision world (not a lot of action there), so we need a nice place like this.

I hope that this section will come the #1 place for intellivision fan.

As for me, I have been collecting intellivision for around 10 years now. During that time, I was more an atari 2600 collector. So I decided to try something else and so I went with Intellivision. I was amazing by low number of cart. I was thinking that it will be easy to have a complete in box collection. I guess I was wrong :) I got congo bongo and stadium last year (paid 200$ each) and I'm still waiting for spiker....I'm not ready to pay 1000$ at this moment but you never know :)

I never had an intellivision when I was young but my friend had one. We were playing astromash and baseball.

I will consider myshelf more a collector then a player. I don't have an intellivision setup to play. However, I'm rebuilting my MAME and I will include the intellivision emulator. I'm still working on this project.

Actually I never owned an Intellivision when I was young either. My uncle had one, but we went to their house maybe 2 times a year, and being a kid, he didn't really want us touching the system. The majority of my Intellivision play time was from 1995-2000.

I'm glad this site was created as well. I've been looking for a place to talk Intellivision for a long time. Next to the 2600 it's my favorite system.

I didn't have one until the late '80s. My Dad picked it up from a guy at work that bought his son a NES. They didn't need the Intellivision anymore. Lucky me.
