How far along was development on this title before it was scrapped for the Wii? I am just curious, just got the DK Bongos, and wish more titles came out for them. Is there a Gamecube emulator somewhere and a ROM to play this? That would be really cool!

There is Donkey Konga 3 that didn't make it to the USA that uses the bongos (obviously). So if you have a way of playing NTSC-J games that is another one for ya. As for a Gamecube emulator for the PC I would say Dolphin is the best one out there as it also plays Wii games.

I second Dolphin. I play Cubivore on it occasionally and it runs really well.

Not to get too off-topic, but where can I download a GC game so I can see if I can get Dolphin working?

Look around on google or a P2P site as pointing the right direction to more modern game dumps is not exactly a welcomed thing on AA.
