Right now it's North America only. It's actually suppose to be released tomorrow. I didn't know MS released anything on Tuesdays.

I'd rather they make their games region free than pay $30 for a non-localized download.

As much as I want to play the game, I will probably pass.. If I'm going to be paying $30 or more, I expect to have a disc.. plain and simple. If it's digital download only, I expect it to be cheap (1200 points at most).

I noticed today that Amazon is listing the Limited Edition as being available again on Sept 23 for $26.95. If anyone missed out on the soundtrack and faceplate, it looks like this is another chance.
