Thanks Video Game Bible -- you backed up my original point about the South (Bible Belt) probably having more Wisdom Tree titles (and old Stryper albums  ). Interesting facts . . .

hell didn't nintendo help in the making of nohas ark 3d for super i though they lent them something for wolfinstian 3d like the code or soimething

Actually, id licensed the Wolfenstein 3D engine really cheap (free?) because Nintendo made them take the blood out of their SNES version of W3D. Or at least I recall hearing something like that...

Noah's Ark (Super 3-D type) for the SNES is the only unofficial release for the SNES in the U.S.  You're probably thinking of them securing the rights to the use of the Wolfenstein engine and a lot of the actual game.  The only real changes were that the Nazi banners were taken down and the guards were replaced with animals that you had to toss food at.

I hope I'm not the only one who think that's incredibly sad. :P

no
what is sad is that the code for sunday funday is from a porno game
well mabey not sad
i think funny was the word i was looking for

Is it rarer than the NES games, which should be about as common as SMB/DH, seeing as how they kept making them long after the system died, and black cart editions are pretty worthless . . . Certainly not on a level with Panosians, Chiller, Aladdin enhanced titles, and generally go for less at GameStop than any Mega Man, Zelda, or Dragon Warrior title . . .

Which is where I found Genesis Spiritual Warfare . . . Eh, it's about the same on both platforms, cute, but nothing special . . .

Had never heard of Noah's Ark 3D . . . And I used to work somewhere that sold these games. Was it available only from the company?

Wow an old topic..but a good idea of a thread.

I have found King of Kings here in the New England area for $10 loose. Other than that, I usually see only AVE and Camerica games for the NES..both unlicensed.

I assume that there are mega-collectors in this area that give away their unsold stock to this video store that has stuff from 2600 to modern systems.

Ah yes, Noah's Ark 3d- the game where they turned Wolfenstien 3d into something religious.

Which Wisdom tree game was the SMB2 hack again?

Bible Adventures is probably what you're thinking of as an "SMB2 hack" because they're a lot alike . . . But no, they released a game with similar gameplay as Color Dreams and it's a port of that . . . AFAIK, none of their games(on the NES, anyway) share code with any other US releases (although Menace Beach/Sunday Funday might be a hack of any of several identical-looking River City Ransom clones for the Famicom) and I'm not sure whether or not they actually own the name "Crystal Mines" (aka Exodus/Joshua) as it's a C64 game as well that I don't think they made . . .

And nobody answered my original question? Are the Genesis versions harder to find/more valuable? Even here, where the black-cart NES titles turn up in droves, I've only seen one of the Genesis ones, and one GB Exodus . . .

I do have a blue-cart NES Robodemons for sale if anyone's interested . . . Also F-15 City War (AVE) and Camerica's Bee-52 (those platinum-tone carts are sweet). I've been holding off on eBaying them since the market seemed slow, but if anyone wants/needs these particular ones, quote me a price and I'll post them . . .

I found all of these at my local Gamezone for $5 each. They had multiple copies of Bible Adventures (at least 30 at the time). I didn't even realize that they were scarce. I'll have to start hoarding them now
