I voted for the original name, "7800 Expansion Module," but now that I think about it some more, "7800 Super Game Module" would be a good name, too. Atari did use the "Super Game" designation on titles that used extra RAM or POKEY (end even bankswitched ROM, for that matter), so "Super Game Module" would be consistent with that.

Besides, I just like the word "Super," and "Super Game Module" is the best use of it I can think of that isn't already taken: "SuperSystem" is the 5200, and "Super Pro System" is an Intellivision variant.

I was always puzzled by the use of "SUPER GAME" as it seemed like more of a marketing term, usually reserved for "computer games" on the 7800. The one exception was Desert Falcon.

Some of the "Super Games" have enhancements but others don't. Likewise, many of the non-branded games have the same enhancements.

Officially branded "Super Games" were:

Ballblazer - 32K, no RAM, POKEY included

Desert Falcon - 48K, no RAM, no POKEY

Impossible Mission - 128K, RAM included, no Pokey

Karateka - 48K, no RAM, no POKEY

One On one Basketball - 48K, no RAM, no POKEY.

Summer Games - 128K, RAM, no POKEY

Winter Games - 128K, RAM, no POKEY
