I can help, I purchased the game a week or two back.
The game is a port of the SNES game of the same name, though it was to be released by Taito. It is 100% complete, and as far as I can tell has only one minor glitch. When you duck and through a weapon, you don't come out of your duck to through, rather the weapon appears to fly out immediately above you while you remain in a crouch. Very minor and doesn't affect game play at all.
The game has been preserved, artwork has been finished, and it will be released in the next month or so as a reproduction. Beyond that, the ROM will be publicly released for free to everyone immediately following the sale.
