German Gamestar Magazine rated the 2003 Windows Trilogy with 29% and I'd be shocked if the games were any better nowadays...

The games have always sucked. They aren't much fun at all...however, the animation is classic

Isn't it supposed to come out on the 8th? Not that I or anyone else really care. I see no reason for these games to be released again, especially on a console without HD graphics and with motion controllers. Not ragging on the Wii here but these games were always just eye candy that used a 4 way joystick and 1 button. Why this is going to the Wii makes no sense, at least not to me...

:?

1. The Wii has a D-pad. Just because something's released on Wii does not automatically mean it's going to be motion controlled.
2. These games weren't HD when they originally came out.

Thanks for the link but they're sold out. I'm curious if it's available to purchase at a store. Also has anyone got one and how is it as far as gameplay go? Any better than previous versions? The regular dvd version I tried a few years ago seemed to "hiccup" between scenes. Thanks for any replies.

Went to Best Buy Fri because I had a bunch of reward coupons to use and they didn't have it. I asked a person that worked there and was told they don't sell it in the store but can order it online. WTF? I asked politely why don't they have it in the store and just got a blank stare back with an "I don't know". Has anyone else had a similar problem like that? Anyone else ever order online from them? If so does anyone know what their turn around time is on online orders? Just peedved about it right now. Checked to see if there was anything else I could get and found nothing. Very slim pickings. Sure am glad I got all those reward coupons, NOT!Posted Image

I order stuff from various places online all the time. Amazon and Best Buy are usually 3-7 days. Of course, you can get it faster if you choose overnight shipping, but it's more expensive.

Played this today. The games are exactly the same as the originals (they look a bit cleaner to me). No motion controls. They use a single wiimote turned on it's side.

I bought this game yesterday at Gamestop and I love it!!! They have multiple modes for each game. Dragon's Lair has a mode where scenes that were on the disc but not used in the game, including the opening sequence, as playable levels. There are multiple difficulty levels for each game, attract modes and the choice of 3, 5, or infinite lives. I think that the infinite life setting is cheap but I'm sure someone will use it.

There is also high score boards, support for the Classic controller, and the option to watch the entire game as a movie for those who are too lazy to master it.

I forgot, there is also a move guide which shows a graphic of a pad and button at the bottom of the screen and tells you what to do. I found it to be annoying and turned it off.
