Thoughts of Metroid prime trilogy price going up

This is pretty cool, because If I were to sell MPT on ebay I would get like 20$ more than I paid for it.
I guess it has to do with Nintendo not selling them very much...

Do you think this will end up to be one of those super rare games like air raid, but less rare? maybe like Rarity7 for Wii?

what do you think?

It's really not that rare. The price went up because Nintendo discontinued it. That means in the short term, the price will be inflated. Over time as something else has replaced the Wii, it may not hold its value. It will probably fluctuate as demand increases/decreases. Some of the Game Cube games such as that Zelda collection or Metal Gear Sold 2, The Twin Snakes fetched a decent price a year ago, but their value has dropped off quite a bit. It's likely the demand is not quite that high right now.

Of course, the value of something like the Metroid Prime Trilogy and the games I mentioned goes up considerably if the game is still sealed.

I got one still sealed NIB. Wonder if I should open or keep sealed?
