Got a dedicated Zaxxon today, not bad for $150 delivered, too bad there is no reproduction side art available but as I have heard...if you can see the side art then you need more games :)

$150 delivered ;) If I had to pick it up it would have been less :) I just can't justify purchasing a truck solely for arcade/pinball transportation, well more like my Wife can't :D

Damn, must be my lucky weekend. Just scored a dedicated Galaga for the same price...non working though  I'll post some pics when I get it running :)

Man, that's my wife's all-time favorite arcade. The closest I can get to one is a mini christmas tree ornament for her :D. I'd get one even if it were non-working.

How easy would it be for you to come across a burgertime, too?

Ah, fond memories!

I have not seen an original Zaxxon game since the local bowling alley downsized their arcade some 20 years ago. I probably spent $150 in quarters on that machine.

I want that Qix next to it... :D

Nice score! I'd love to find an arcade cab that cheap, especially a game that I love like Zaxxon or Qix.

Nice score! BTW: that's easily one of the heaviest classic arcade games ever ;)

Not sure why it needed to be, but damn! My back hurts just thinking about moving that sucker up or down stairs. I made a multicade out of similar cab recently and the memory still lingers.

BTW: $150 shipped? What'd you pay $10 for it or something?

The Qix is actually another collectors. He is the same guy I got this Zaxxon from. He found the Qix on Craigslist a few months ago for $100! It was non-working but 100% complete and in outstanding condition.

Yeah, it's WAY heavy. I moved it down in my basement myself and regretted it, my neck was wrenched for the rest of the week. It's shape makes it look weird next to most other games also, not all, but most. Still not as akward as the pinball machine Big Guns. That thing looks out of place next to anything. $150 shipped? No, delivered, but I did see a Space Invaders on Ebay a few months ago with a shipping option of $110 and a 99 cent starting bid. Unfotunately it went too high for it to be worth it but almost could have landed that one for $150 shipped ;)
