Yep, this has been around for a couple of years. The guy's name is Johnny Chung Lee. Nintendo *blew* a *huge* opportunity by not hiring him -- a lot of people pleaded with Nintendo to hire him after seeing this video.

Trivia question: Guess who's one of the engineers behind Microsoft's Project Natal (aka Kinect)? I'll give you a hint -- his initials are JCL....
