I can't get this game to start.
I tryed 2 different emulators, downloaded the rom from a few sites and this is what i get.
Must be a bad rom dump.

Maybe 4ks will let you play the SMS version then?

Well, if you can't get the GG emulator to work right, then you can use the Master System version. But Castle of Illusion is a dirt cheap game on GG, and if you buy it now you'll get it before the deadline.

I got 40 points on a badly emulated version. I threw away the original a decade or more ago.

The person who posted this on Youtube used the emulator Kega Fusion to play this game.
That's what i use but my graphics are all messed up.

Tried again on actual SMS hardware and got 140.

I was going to suggest that we play Game Gear as well as SMS when they "share" a game like we did on Aerial Assault. Some are different but this one and many others are exactly the same.

Well, you could suggest something for the next game then.

Road Rash, Super Columns (excl), Halley Wars(excl), T2 Arcade, Devilish(excl), Streets of Rage 1 & 2,... just to name a few. I've actually sold around 90% of my Game Gear games because they were the exact same game. So now I just play the SMS tapes in the Master Gear convertor.
