I finally got my own personal Wii this weekend. I saw the the Red one at Fry's with a free Mario figurine... I just had to have it. My son already has a Wii, so I have a good library of games to play (Mario Galaxy 1&2, Geometry Wars, Willliams Pinball, Metroid Collectors Set, etc...)

The Red Wii, Mario All Stars and the new DK Country put me over the top. It's looking like a classic gaming holiday season for me.

The Red Wii is all mine.... and it's cool :-)

Sounds a bit childish from a 45 year old man... but what the heck.. I'm a child at heart.

A red Wii just sounds so bad...
It's like you shouldn't play with your Wii that long if it turns red, it's time to quit? Posted Image

The Wii is going to have a great holiday season. Been playing Goldeneye myself. The system has some great games, and New Super Mario Bros is an amazing game.

I might have to snag a red Wii and put it next to my red 360!
That would be sweet.

As someone who's been holding out for a long time, I have to admit this package is attractive. The red isn't as appealing as the "free" NSMB-Wii and the new Wiimote with motion plus integrated.

I also just ordered a Red Wii from Amazon and can now be officially recognized as a two Wii family (along with two Xbox360's and two PS3's). I'm tempted to also get a Mario DSi XL but maybe I'll leave it up to the wife-unit to surprise me at Christmas with one.

I just saw the red Wii for the first time in this Sunday's newspaper ads. It looks really cool, but I'm also wondering how cool it might have been if they did an NES styled Wii for SMB's 25th Anniversary instead.
