I know it's a long shot, but I thought I'd post anyway before disposing of these beasts.
I have two SC1224 monitors that are burnt out. They power on but show no display. I remember reading in an Atari ST newsgroup that there were ways to fix these monitors but I never got around to trying it.
Anyway, if anyone is willing to drive out to the metro Detroit area you can have these. I'll even put together an Atari goodie bag with working stuff (not sure what yet) for taking these off my hands. I'm not going to ship them because it would cost like ten thousand dollars.
