I can't remember what game this was.. I played it in MAME I believe. You eat the dots, and you're very tiny. The other enemies are tiny too.

I can picture it in my head, but can't describe it any better. If I need I'll draw a picture.

That sounds vaguely familiar. Upload your drawing, and if I do not know it, I can post it to some of the guys @KLOV.

There were multiple screens to play. They were that tiny if I remember. You were tiny (maybe a little guy or a square?) and the enemies were tiny. That isn't an exact level, although just a representation as best I can remember.

I don't know why the letter D sticks in my head. I don't know if the game started with that, but I've looked a bit on KLOV with no luck so far.

This looks familiar. I do not know the game, but I posted your photo and description and hopefully we can get an answer.

I've started going through the list on KLOV alphabet by alphabet searching for anything that has "labyrinth/maze" in the game type..

Heart attack, Space Dungeon and Venture. Those are the games that were suggested @KLOV.

No problem, we love a challenge. And by the way, that is definitely not the game I was thinking of.

Never even heard of it. Looks like it is uncommon, no VAPS members own it, not even a loose PCB of it.

Cool.
(Apparently I gravitate toward the obscure. I am the only known owner of one of my machines and one of 3 for my other machine.)
