Hi.

I'm new to this forum, so hello. I think this is SPAM, but it's not my intention, I only want to offer my home server for more than my only personal use.

I have an Atari 65XE, but I have no software to run on it (I found the Atari 65XE on the trash) so I have never played with it (I have it and a Canon V-20, a MSX computer).

I am a Linux user, and i like web development (not design, i'm not creative at all) so some months ago I made a web site that reads a database, and a Python small program that fills that database. That program "reads" some software repositories for Linux and adds the data in a sorted way into the database. In the web, you can simply enter "firefox" and it will show you all programs containing "firefox" in their name, then, clicking on any program will show you all the download links ordered by linux distribution.

(A software repository is basically a web server with some programs / games / etc and a file [commonly TXT or XML] describing all the programs with his download locations, it can bee a free web hosting)

I simply had an idea, and it was to join this both things, so, my web pkg4linux (packages for Linux) is now called repositorium-nexus (no "linux" in the name) and I added the first MSX software repository (the first i know) with the collaboration of an MSX software programmer.

http://repositorium-...h&search=&os=10 (the data from the first MSX repository)

I want to add more software architectures, and one in my mind is my other computers's one: Atari.

¿Anyone wants to create a software repository and add Atari software to my web? I will help in anything needed, and i want to be bidirectional, so i will export in XML, TXT or anything you want my search results or any data you might want.

With this, I'll try to make a "central" point to join all software, and I'll offer any type of data export to another server, web, software, to make more mirrors, or more services, so anyone will be benefited.

I really hope you like the idea and make a new repository, and I'll be happiest if you make a repository with your own software, so please, tell me your opinion.
Thanks from Spain.
