It's just the original SuperNes game running via emulation.
As for the rest of your question, you must be unaware of the Virtual Console since the answer would be obvious otherwise. The 4 original NES versions are going for $21 off the Virtual Console, Mario Brothers for $5, Super Mario World for $8, and Super Mario 64 for $10.
That's why they're not tossed on to a $30 package that seemed to perform past their expectations at retail just as it was.
