I'm new to programming, and I was hoping for a few pointers to get me rolling. I want to make my own homebrew cart eventually.
Many thanks.

Use this post and work your way thru Andrew Davie's tutorial.

Your other option is to go the to batari Basic forum and start with this post.

Since you're new to programming, I'd suggest the batari Basic route.

Check out batari Basic. Its support forum is right here on AA. You might want to add some 6502 assembly language into the mix as your skills progress.

Thanks guys. This is a big help. By the way, I have some experience programming in MS DOS and Apple Basic and a very little bit with assembly code. Hope this gives me a head start on the 2600.
