These are extremely rare protoypes, and almost certainly worth a lot of money. How much will really depend on how much they differ from the final versions. The greater the difference for the released games, the more the value. The more complete the game is for unreleased games (eg sweat), the more valuable.
I would say that Sweat will be the most valuable game there, as it was never released. Only by dumping them and having them analysed via clonespy can you get an idea for the differences between these and the final versions.
