Astharot
Just for looked how work, add this instruction at your classic99.ini [usercart11] name=Fig-Forth rom0=C|6000|2000|MODS\FForthc.bin and put fforthc.bin in mods directory.. How I can put pic of my cartdrige? however is a simple jon guidry cartdrige with eprom 2764.. Owen if you want i can build for you, but where you live in U.S.A.? If yes, is more cheap purcase cartdrige from jon guidry or another american friend. Here in Italy, the electronic component are more expensive.. I pay near at 50 euro for build a single cartdrige.. :-( Edited March 1, 2011 by Astharot
Opry99er
Just installed this cart and ran it. =) This is the first user cart I've ever tried out and it worked beautifully.... well, I take that back, I did Zombie Motif before... Still love that game. =) Is there an editor in FIG Forth, or is it straight command-line? "EDIT" throws an error. Is there a manual out there somewhere, buddy? kl99
There was a fig.forth 1.0 cartridge avaiable as well - at least in the austrian TI-99 Shop. It was avaiable since the year 1984 and made by the same author.

kl99
fig.forth is not the same like TI-Forth. I found a manual on whtech.com: ftp://ftp.whtech.com/Powertran%20Cortex/Documentation/CORTEX%20FIG-FORTH.pdf But i don't know if its for TI-99. kl99
lucien2
Is there an editor in FIG Forth, or is it straight command-line? "EDIT" throws an error. There is no editor in the ROM. Here is a minimalist line editor I converted from here: CamelForth Just put SCREEN0001 and SCREEN0002 in DSK1. LINE EDITOR 2.zip 0 VARIABLE CNT : TEXT ( c -- ) PAD 258 BL FILL WORD HERE COUNT CNT ! PAD CNT @ CMOVE ; : LINE ( u -- addr ) SCR @ BLOCK SWAP 64 * + ; : -CMOVE ( addr u -- ) LINE 64 CMOVE UPDATE ; : R2 ( u -- ) PAD SWAP -CMOVE ; : ED ( u -- ) 1 TEXT R2 ; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KI18anHxfNE Edited March 5, 2011 by lucien2
