Even though i didn't get much feedback on this (just Rev ) the first time i posted it. I'm making it official now. The official Intellivision Info/Resources/FAQ

Not sure if this could be sticky'd or if it deserves to be?

So if you find some intellivision info or website of interest please post it here and maybe we can get everything under 1 roof. I know i probably haven't covered everything so feel free to add what i may have forgot before they are lost and forgotten. So feel free to post links/info/additions or corrections to stuff i posted.
But try and not flood this with topics that don't belong.

Possible Alternatives to the Intellivision II Power Supply

Here is a picture of my ECS power supply and connector:

I'm getting 10VAC output on the barrel (tip negative), but since it's AC output, the polarity shouldn't matter.

The connector is a standard coaxial power connector; I believe the dimensions are 5.0mm x 2.0mm (5mm outer diameter, 2mm inner diameter). The inner diameter is a guess on my part: I compared it to the connector for the Atari 800 power supply (CO17945), which uses a 5.0mm x 2.1mm connector, and while the ECS connector is the same outer diameter, the inner diameter is a bit smaller. The ECS connector won't fit into the 800, but the CO17945 connector will fit into an ECS, although it's a little loose. I've heard that some people have successfully used the CO17945 as a power supply for the ECS, in fact, although I've never tried this myself.

Wow! Thanks for preserving all of this. I didn't have time to look at all of it, but the info on the Intellivision 3 and 4, while Sanskrit to me, was really cool nonetheless. Maybe Jay could correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't those all the specs for building out those two units? In the hands of someone like Curt, in theory could "new" Intellivisions be built....? I look forward to seeing what else you have to share with the very appreciative Intellivision community.

The official Intellivision Lives site is back up and running. But for some dumb reason you still can't access it unless you use a back door link. All the old info is back. Games list, History, etc. A plethora on Intellivision Knowledge. Just don't click the Home button at the top or it will take you to the non functioning part of the site.

But luckily it's saved in the Wayback Machine.

I just noticed i made a typo in the FAQ above. There are 2 different lines that reads, "Possible Alternatives to the Intellivision II Power Supply", but the the second time it was supposed to say Possible Alternatives to the ECS Power Supply. And i have no way of editing it.
