Ok, due to popular request, here is a demo of Combat II Advanced to download and try. It's an earlier version and has some bugs so don't bug me about it! :)

Also, here is the latest Z-Adventure for you to try out. Let me know what you think. I know there are problems with the character and block detection. I'm working on that. I mostly need basic design input before I move into the story phase.

Thanks Everyone

I think you forgot to attach the Z-Adventure binary. :)

Ok, we were working on the story line last night. How does

Irata's Adventure : Doomed Isle

sound?

We are coming up with some interesting ideas, I think the game is going to be pretty fun. :)

Irata's Adventure ehh? That would work and for those in the know...it works even better.

As for Doomed Isle? I don't know...too cliche I think. I don't know the story and I am sure that would help me in trying to come up with a better title. But...I don't want to know the story until I have a copy in my own little hands to play for myself.

Irata's Adventure works...or even Irata's Quest...Irata's journey...Irata's Quandary? or the super long title of Irata's Perplexing Quandary of Doomed Isle? There you go...hehe

I don't like Irata, that reminds me of a guy who called himself Irata in the mid 80's C64 pirating scene.

If you must go with Irata's Adventure, how bout a deviation:

"Adventures of Ira Ta "

Mmmm. Sounds vaguely Japanese. Perfect for a RPG/Top-Down-Action game that was inspired by Zelda. :D

Irata was a three fold choice. One of course for atari, two because it sounded japanese and three, it starts with I. No other 5200 game starts with I.

That alone is reason enough for me. :D

I'm somewhat obbsessive like that, but with any console I collect for that has more than 50 games, I like having one of each letter from A-Z if possible.

John,

Your welcome for the title suggestion...

hehe...by the way do the number keys do anything? I noticed when I press one of them in atari800win Plus..it just crashes the emu...

The title screen is just a work in progress. The number keys dont do anything yet. I am working on the main map now. Have one drawn out on a piece of paper right now. It's going to be a little compact but a lot of fun!
