Jaguar controller to PC

Does anyone know of a premade device or have instructions to build one that would let the Jaguar controller work on a PC? I would like to use this hookup for emulation.

Yep!

Check out RaphNET. He's located in Montreal.
I bought one of his Atari DB-9 to USB adapters, and they're great.

I didnt say what I was emulating I just wanted that controller because it has a keypad :)
