He means the music, I hear it. Not sure if it's not open sourced now or sold right to them.

The similarity is definitely there, but the MP music is just a basic 12-bar blues pattern. Patterns such as these have been ripped off and recycled for 50-60 years--I think it would be difficult to claim ownership.
