Will they all still be competing tomorrow???? That is an hour away from me. I would love to see those guys play live and in person.

Pretty epic event. Awesome to see so many of the greatest Donkey Kong players gathered in one place, and competing.

Here are some pix from the Kong Off I took with my POS camera phone. I forgot my digital camera!

You may not be able to tell in the pix, but each cabinet had a custom made "Kong Off" marquee...

There's talk on Facebook this morning that Opie and Anthony (who were broadcasting from the Kong Off on Saturday) totally dissed everybody...reportedly the jumped over the ropes separating the crowd from the players and were messing with Steve Wiebe and Billy Mitchell while they were playing...

Here's a clip of their broadcast from Saturday

I am hoping with the next arcade competition event that they get some people who can take this event a tad more seriously.

I don't know why they were invited. Listen to the clips they have online talking about the King of Kong. Howard Stern was tame (and at least funny) compared to these guys...

Yeah, that's not Opie and Anthony. That is Sam and Dave who do a show called Special Delivery on XM/Sirius. Sam works on the Opie and Anthony show in the mornings (mostly off air) and Dave used to be on the Ron & Fez show.
