The Absolute Games were released in PAL version but, they have all the Australian logo and a german written via Typewriter instruction booklet

Were they officially released in europe? And where, exactly? In all europe or Germany only?

They were released on the HES and Salu labels in PAL land except Rampage which was never released in PAL format. Which exact countries got them I don't know, UK and Germany got them and probably a few others.
