I've just won a Master Builder with a BIN on Ebay, so now I have:

Gas Hog
Master Builder (assuming all goes well)

Not much, but I'm still proud of them.

Only three 8's here: Death Trap, Master Builder w/instructions, and just purchased a boxed Robin Hood/Sir Lancelot on ebay. :)

Master Builder arrived today so I can officially say I have both now. 8) I'm starting to think there is an outside chance of me finishing my Spectravideo collection.

It can be done. Bumper Bash and Chase the Chuck Wagon are the only two ones that are semi-tough.

I'd say it's nearly impossible to find a NTSC Mangia. Digital Press states that all Mangia carts are PAL. I'm not so sure about that, but it's pretty damn rare. :ponder:

If NTSC Mangia were to be on ebay, it would be in the 1200$+ range for the loose cart.

In my own mind, I'm not so sure that this one ever existed. I consider my collection complete without it. It's not like an Out of Control, which is known to exist. All the "NTSC" copies people on AA seem to own are without a label or distinguishing features, which suggests to me they are either prototypes or PAL copies that just miraculously happen to work.

Here's a list of the rarity 8s I own:

Boing! Xonox Style
Chase the Chuck Wagon
Crazy Climber
Death Trap Avalon Hill
Gas Hog
Gravitar Silver
Guardian
Master Builder
Mr. Do!'s Castle
Quest for Quintana Roo Sunrise
Robin Hood
Robin Hood/Sir Lancelot
Rubik's Cube (although I'd like one with a better label)
Smurfs Save the Day
Survival Island
Sword of Saros

Here's what I don't have:

Boing! Standard
Diagnostic Cart
Halloween No Label (I have no intention of getting this one since I have Halloween with a label which IMO is much better to have)

If anyone has a Diagnostic cart, LMK

It exists, I have one, complete in box, with a little sticker indicating that the game was released for the US and Japanese NTSC market.

Cheers,
Marco
