We are about to start a major remodeling of our house. My daughter is getting a new room and I'm turning her room back into a combination Office/Star Wars/Video game room. I have a collection of multiple classic systems that I want to connect to the new LCD tv that will go in that room. I have multiple RF adaptors to f coax for each system. Is there a switch box that I can plug about six of these into?

You can use the Multi Swichts for Rca, Just use the yellow conectors and just use the coax adapter for the Swicht.

The systems that I'm connecting won't have RCA plugs. This will be an O2, 7800, colecovision and intellivision 2.

Use the rf cables (with the tip just like Rca Plugs) and connect those to the Swicht.

In other words, donīt use the Rf boxes that came with the system, connect the bare Rf cable to the Rca MultiSwicht at the yellow ports. At the other side of the Multi-Swicht use a Rca to Rf adapter or the Rf box you prefer.
