edit: oops, forgot the amiga pics!

Dreamcast system, one controller, one official VMU, first party a/v cables, power cord w/ NFL 2k2 complete - $25 + shipping

Amiga 500, NTSC, with Amiga Explorer disk, WB 1.3 disk, converted PC powersupply (extra oomph if you end up with a sidecar enhancement), PC-Amiga null modem cable to use with Amiga Explorer, mouse and a slightly finicky composite out a520. Also includes an untested SCSI sidecar (I have no SCSI external drive or anything to test)

Case is cracked slightly, but works great. Finickey a520 is that the video is slightly warped and needs to be tilted upwards for the connection to be made. Could be an easy fix, but I worked with it easily without a fix.

Total price: $65 plus shipping (pics at end of post)

HPDV6000 parts machine:
Has one of those junk video card bridges that cause bad things - currently boots up properly, runs for about 1 min... reboots. Verified that the RAM, LCD screen and HDD are all good - if you want to take a run at fixing it go ahead! :)

I have one of those, too. HP DV6000 laptops, with the same thing. Mine works most of the time, but it's on the way out, like all of them.

Do yourself a favor and post it on Ebay, with some clear pics.

Try this:
Go to Ebay and search and see what they're selling for - much more than you'll get here. By the search bar, click on "advanced" (you must be logged in to Ebay) and then enter search string "dv6000 parts" and check "search completed listings" then search so you can see what they've actually SOLD for and you'll see them going from $50 to $95 (unbelievable) for junk laptops.

I haven't the time to sell mine now, but I am going to in the summer.

edit:

I was a little low on the $95 figure. Here's one that looks like shit and sold for $127.50

eBay Auction -- Item Number: 230605947773

Here's one that sold for $161.50

eBay Auction -- Item Number: 230605714201

I don't know what it is about these machines that makes people want them so bad, but I wouldn't give $40 for one that was working perfectly, and people are buying them for 4x that amount, broken. That's the place to unload it.

Ahahahah... oops. Actually, I copypasta'd this from my last sale thread, and yeah that's not a minor crack. I have replacement tops but they're way more yellowed and not sure what I'd prefer there actually. Works a treat though!
