Hi, I'm new

I recently aquired a 7800 system with a bunch of carts, one of which is Pole Position II. The other games are fine, but Pole Position II displays a random colour (changes every time I power-on the system), and I get a low buzzing noise from the TV speaker.
Remembering back to my 2600 days, this usually meant the cart was dead, is this also true of 7800 carts, or am I missing something obvious?

The cart is probably just dirty, try cleaning the contacts and see if that helps.

Yeah, it's not dead. And if it was, you could always find a replacement easily.
