Hi people, been collecting Lynx games for around a year now, and a lynx lover from the 90's. Collection going strong but can someone head me in the right direction for a list of commercially released Lynx games. I would like a list that includes no demo's, homebrews or prototypes. Just the standard ones that were available to buy in shops. I have heard that there are 72 of these games i don't care about curved or ridged just individual games- no special editions or anything. I just want to announce to the world (no one cares) that i have the complete commercially released collection of Lynx games. Seen a few lists but they allways have a curved ridged thing or some demos. Pardon my ignorance fellow lynx lovers but any help would be much appreciated. :)

Adam

Actually, I do remember it coming in one of those little plastic boxes where the homebrews come in nowadays, hence the folded cover/instructions, and later on I moved it into one of those Telegames boxes.

Those look like my mine do except, for the red sheet. :) Mine is sunshine yellow.

Another release I got back in July '95 and is "technically" an official release because Telegames recognized it and distributed it was T-TRIS.

It was done by Bastian Schick and Lars Baumstark in Germany originally in 1993/4,I believe.

Telegames offered these for $49.95 and they came in a hinged bright orange plastic box like Sokomania,S.I.M.I.S.,Alpine Games, and the Alpine Games Bonus Cart did several years later.

Actually... now, I really did not know. :)

I have a blue plastic box for Yastuna, but I thought only older homebrews used these things and that homebrewers had now all switched to prettier boxes like matashen´s or cardboard boxes.

I´m just not a friend of these blue and red plastic boxes because they kind of look like they were just picked because they are cheap; no love for detail in that, not even a decent cover or anything.

I was involved in Pier Solar, and if you saw our packaging you understand that I find this kind of stuff important, and with a little more attention to detail even with the limited budget for homebrews decent packaging can be achieved. The blue and red mini-bread-boxes and CD jewel cases are really a let-down; even more so when you think that with Telegames a real company went such a cheapo way to package their games.
The only thing worse would be if they wrapped the cards up in old newspapers. :P
