+Philsan
Here is my selection of beautiful and colorful A8 pictures (I found them in Graph2Font full package - many thanks to Tebe and to all G2F artists). I attach .xex format too so you can display them on real hardware/emulators. 1) Do you have other suggestions? (if possible including .xex files) 2) It would be nice if SIO2SD had the feature to slideshow them (impossible?) Pictures.zip
Marius
Depending of how these xex files do exit it is rather easy to make your own slideshow. If they do a clean exit to dos you could stack all the xex files in a batchfile (spartados) The files need to be in a large atr image then. If you want to use sio2sd xex loader you will have to write a small routine that set the following xex file in D1: slot and do a reboot. That is what my sio2ide and sio2usb config savers do! pixelmischief
I can't believe these are A8. That's incredible.
Rybags
Most of these seem to have Esc or anykey exit and jump to DOS. Problem there is that a batch file probably wouldn't be any good. You'd need an RTS instead of JMP ($0A)
Heaven/TQA
most of the pics are done by the same artist...
MEtalGuy66
I would suggest adding the three intro pictures on His Dark Majesty.. Those are pretty good. similar use of colors..

Awesome pictures too Ken, especially two of them, perhaps at a slightly lower level if you consider originality and screen size (but they are from a game so originality and size had limitations). +Larry
Yes, absolutely amazing. Can anyone provide a short explanation on how they are done? I've never seen anything this good from a stock A8 (i.e. not VBXE). -Larry I can't believe these are A8. That's incredible.
drac030
Problem there is that a batch file probably wouldn't be any good. You'd need an RTS instead of JMP ($0A) This should be perfectly possible under SpartaDOS X. PS. the reason why I don't comment on the pics is that I already saw most of them. I've never seen anything this good from a stock A8 (i.e. not VBXE). -Larry It's from Graph2Font, so these are basically Antic 4 (graphics 12) pictures, with heavy use of Display list interrupts, use of 5th color through inverse characters and possibly PM overlays/underlays. russg
I can't believe these are A8. That's incredible. Here's a menu disk with 14 of the pics, 'last chance' didn't have room on the dbl dens disk. You can hit RESET, or ESC then get a BYE screen or a reboot. Sometimes you gotta type 'DOS' if you get a READY prompt.

Here it is, maybe second time. ATPICS.ZIP
