My LYNX I is busted, ribbon wire to LCD has seperated and I can't get a picture. I have tried to repair but the tear in the cable gets worse. So I am looking for a busted LYNX I that has a good screen or a working LYNX I,

You should try E-bay. You can usually find a lot of non-functional Lynxes (sometimes two on the same auction) there for cheap.
