That is a CBS cart with Spanish label (only Smurfs Traslated) so I will guess is a release for Spain, Maybe you need to find collectors from there or look in to ebay.es

I know it's Spanish, but what I would like to know is if the box carries a Spanish title as well.

Small chance you'll find the box on Ebay.
