Also I am using a Jag CD power adapter, as it is the one came with my Jaguar.

The Jaguar Cd is the exact same as the Jaguar AC adapter so that woulld not be the cause of yoru issue. Does the lines appear in both RF and Composite mode?

Its most likely a video capacitor starting to go bad. Check them and see if any of them are starting to swell

I took my Jaguar apart, and I cant really see any "swollen" parts. Is it possible that it is the A/V cable?

It could be a broken ground wire in your A/V cable, yes. But I'm surprised pausing the game has an effect on the "line".

Interference when a button is pressed sounds like some kind of RF interference.

Well RF on my Jaguar does not work. That may be the issue
