The even littlerman and I both tried today to better our scores, and both of us fell short of our previous high scores. We'll try again tomorrow. I just can't stop making silly mistakes, and he can't, well, can't stop being 2 years old for now.

Most versions of Moon Patrol I have seen are 5200 conversions. Try pressing control-g on the title screen to check.

Been having some trouble with my XL it crashes after every game of Moon Patrol
Anyway, managed 109400 last night, the screenshot is of the previous end of round screen as there isn't time to get a picture before it crashes at the end of the game

It is not very impressive, but I got a little improvement when I was on vacation! I have a vacation-address with a 800XL and tiny TFT monitor.

Look at the two pics. Pretty cool eh?

The Cigar Box is my Sio2IDE 3.3a with CF card btw.

I played this game from one of my Moon Patrol carts.

Great score probaby krupkaj hacking into your system to protect his HSC record ... looks like you need one of Marius's cartridges

p.s. Impressive setup Marius, good to have an Atari disaster recovery plan

If you post something on the main A8 forum detailing the symptoms you'll get some help here might be loose chips or something simple; one of the hardware experts will know - mimo are you reading this?
